Depending on the causes and symptoms we will take an approach that considers what is specific to your difficulties. Causes of anxiety can be wide-ranging so we will take time to explore various aspects including thought-processes and physical symptoms related to the anxiety. The aim is to help you develop the skills and confidence to reduce the impact anxiety is having on your life in the long-term.
