We will take an individualized approach where the therapy will be adapted to meet your needs and goals. This will involve looking at what you do and how you think about things. You would then be supported to move out of a low mood cycle with both cognitive and behavioural approaches - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – that is customised based on your goals and circumstances.
We can also offer guidance on mental health support available in the NHS, and how to navigate this.
