The aim of therapy is to help you develop skills to manage difficulties that can be used long-term.
Therefore, following an initial assessment, we would look to understand and address your needs over 8-10 sessions.
The initial assessment is really important to understand what your goals from therapy would be and whether this is the right service to help you achieve that.
Sessions can be online or face-to-face.
Online sessions will be via Microsoft Teams or Facetime.
Face-to face sessions can be arranged in West Berkshire.
